Ingredients

• Organic Rooibos: Rooibos is a herb from South Africa that has numerous health benefits. It has 6 times as many antioxidants as green tea, is completely caffeine-free, and contains polyphenols that help boost the immune system.
• Organic Cinnamon Chips: Studies show that cinnamon and its antioxidants have potent anti-inflammatory properties.
• Organic Cacao Nibs: Cacao nibs help stimulate the mind and increase mood. They are also full of antioxidants!

Cacao nibs can contain a small amount of caffeine. 

Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water
Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes
For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered).
